Produced by Guizhou Satellite TV, “A Tale of Intangible Cultural Heritage” is a 25-minute documentary on the intangible cultural heritage of the Miao ethnic group in Guizhou. It covers five intangible cultural heritages, including Four Seals Miao Embroidery (Qingzhen City), Dazi Embroidery (Kaili City), Tin Embroidery (Jianhe County), Silver Jewelry (Leishan County) and Paper Cutting (Liping County). Gen Z international students set out on a journey to visit the inheritors of these living heritages and explore the stories behind them. The documentary not only showcases the exquisite techniques of these intangible cultural heritages, but also offers the audience an opportunity to understand and appreciate the wisdom of the Miao people and the vitality and charm of fine traditional Chinese culture.
