Rubi and Yoyo gets an assignment from their inventor father: making an album of marine lives. They take a journey under the sea with the help of their father’s invention: the “Question Mark Marine Travel Assistant”. During the journey, they get in contact with various creatures. Rubi and Yoyo build friendship, solve problems, and gain knowledge on marine lives. They also witness natural phenomena under the sea.
