Co-organized by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the China Television Artists Association and the Communication University of China, the China Student Television Festival is an annual cultural event for Chinese students, the television industry and academia.

The 11th China Student Television Festival is jointly organized by China Education Television and Fuzhou Municipal Government, and co-organized by the TV Art Center of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, TV Art Committee of China Television Association, Actors' Committee of China Television Association, TV Professional Committee of China Education Television Association and Fuzhou Guzuo Group Co. The theme of the festival is "Youthfulness", and the main activities will be set up, such as appreciation of college students' fine works, creative support for college students, keynote speeches by college students, screening of original works by college students, theme forum, face-to-face with TV artists in colleges and universities, opening ceremony, closing ceremony, etc. The forum on vocational education will also be held for the first time.

The 11th China Student Television Festival will organize the appreciation of the best works of college students with the theme of "Sailing". The event aims to encourage college students and young creators to develop their thinking, innovation and active participation in art creation practice, to collect original stories and planning plans suitable for film and television presentation, to select high-quality proposals to form copyrighted content, to promote project incubation, to build a bridge between original IP and film and television production institutions, to build a platform for young students to grow and become successful, and to promote the creators of fine TV art.
