The Asian International Youth Film Festival (AIYFF) is an event for film lovers to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate the art of cinema in a friendly, welcoming environment. Each year, over HK$100,000 in cash prizes can be awarded to a number of narrative or documentary films that focus on the visual, dramatic and performing arts. AIYFF curates a wide range of national and international narrative, documentary and short films from established and emerging filmmakers. AIYFF aims to promote Asian film culture and encourage technological innovation in the film industry, while at the same time discovering outstanding filmmakers and establishing a platform for free exchange among filmmakers.
