Traditional festivals are important componentsof the Chinese culture, which manifest its profound historical accumulation and reflect the unique Chinese spirit and civilization.

As a Chinese poem goes, "A lonely stranger in a strange land I am cast, I miss my family all the more on every festive day." In these festivals, there arealwayssomeonewhocannot reunion with their families in homeland for various reasons, some are foreigners with diverse languages and culture, and some are overseas Chinese.

Here we call for photos and videos fromforeigners and overseas Chinesewho yearn for reunion in festivals,tellingus their touching stories.

Forms of expression: Aerial photography, routine photography, frame-by-frame photography, underwater photography, long lens,and multiple exposures,all acceptable.

4.Awards

The Operation Management Committee of the China Pavilion Online Platform will select outstanding submissions, which will be rewarded with RMB50-100/photo or RMB500-800/video based on the length and contents.
