On August 10, the 3rd China Short Video Conference with the theme of "Main Position - Main Battlefield - Cutting Edge" opened at the Digital China Convention and Exhibition Center in Changle, Fuzhou Province. The conference was guided by the State Administration of Radio and Television, Fujian Provincial People's Government, and jointly organized by the China Federation of Radio and Television Social Organizations, Fujian Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, Fuzhou Municipal People's Government, Fuzhou New District Management Committee, and Fujian Broadcasting and Film Group.

Short video is the new wind in the digital audio-visual industry, this conference attracts big names in the field of short video to gather in Rongcheng to exchange ideas and collide wisdom, which will strongly promote the deep integration of radio, television and network audio-visual, and lead the innovative development of the industry. The conference provides an opportunity to vigorously implement the digital audiovisual innovation and development project, accelerate the construction of a strong cultural city, strive to create a high-quality audiovisual life for the people, and tell the story of Fuzhou.

The conference also has a main forum, eight sub-forums and annual gala events. The main forum was chaired by Huang Wei, Vice President and Secretary General of China Radio Federation.
